How to celebrate the first week of New Year!!

First of all, a very Happy New year-2017 to all. Hope this year brings a lot of peace, prosperity and good health in your lives.

You all might have already celebrated the parties and all. But, have you done something, which you think is a point of difference?

If not yet, then here is the time to start your new year in the best possible manner.

You can probably choose one of the following things-

1). Donate winter wears to the road side people and you can also feed them.

2). Take an oath of helping as much people as you can in this very year.

3). Make people happy in this very year by doing good things.

4). Go to some old-age and be their son/daughter for a day, you.ll be blissful.

5). Go to some orphan-age and give some gifts to those children.

6). Feed stray dogs.

Trust me! By doing this, you will never regret. All you will get is blessings and immense love from all of them, which will help you some or the other day in your year. That inner satisfaction you can never get by doing anything else.

Donald Trump Vs Hillary Clinton

This is an unbiased comparison of the political party positions and policies of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, candidates for president from the Democratic and Republican parties respectively.

Whom will you support, it totally depends on you.

On one hand you have a man, who disrespects women like in every single second, make such bad remarks on them like- can just ruin the image of any woman in just few seconds.

On the other hand, you have a lady, who just tries to answer those questions raised by Donald Trump wisely.

If a man cannot respect that particular gender from which he has came from, he cannot run the nation wisely, if he will become the president, I think there will be riots and women will not at all be feeling safer and moreover he will not be supporting the women at any point of time when needed.

Then whom should the US people vote, when the polls predictions were declared it clearly showed that Hillary Clinton is winning the elections which are going to held on November 8, 2016. 

 

Let's hope for the best. Because it will also have an impact globally.

 

Who should be kicked off, Indian Politicians or Pakistan Actors?

An indirect way, in which Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, has tried to blame Prime Minister Narendra Modi is just so awful!

He said in a very indirect way, by publishing a video that Pakistan took along with them the TV reporters on the border in the bus and showed them the spot, where India claimed that the surgical strike happened.

Also, Arvind Kejriwal said that- Pakistani are claiming those reporters that- no such surgical strike has happened and India is lying.

Oh, I mean seriously. If this is so, then this is a compliment for India and the enemy of India itself is praising India so intensely. What could be more beautiful than this. Thank-You Pakistan.

Also, what about those statements given by Pakistan's people and the Pakistan's politicians after the surgical strike. Why they gave those all. Were they actually getting mad, all of a sudden and decided to gave such statements, when no such surgical strike happened.

Instead of supporting our country, Mr. Kejriwal is asking our PM that, give them the proof that actually the surgical strike happened. Whom are you supporting Mr. Kejriwal, been in India.

 People who are wrong/false need to justify. Are the dead bodies of those terrorists weren't the enough proof for any media or anybody else to know that the surgical strike has actually happened.

On one side our PM is been getting praised by the whole country and on the other hand, Mr. Kejriwal is giving such statements. Do he consider the foreign media people to be dumb or he is actually himself acting dumb ?(which is his regular habit of doing so.)

Publicity play, I must say at the end. But, this is awful!

Media should be a true reflection!

We all are aware of what is going on between Indo-Pak. The two neighbors are not even leaving a single chance to kill each other. In this sense, few are saying that not all of the people living in Pakistan are terrorists and of course it is true too.

When asked with Salman Khan, the Bollywood Actor, in a press conference that what he thinks about the debarred of the pakistani artists from India and he in that sense said that- they are artists, not terrorists.

 But, media has reflected and projected the same in a very different manner that- Salman Khan is supporting Pakistan, he should be sent there, he does not belong to India, so on and so forth.

Is it so? the same way in which not every Muslim is a terrorist, same is the case of, not every pakistani is a terrorist. He just presented his views. But, media didn't left a single moment to blame/troll/criticize him on this. 

We actually need to rethink on this. Half of the people haven't even saw the interview and have started cursing him, because we trust our media. But, to be honest enough, this is not the way. Media should project both the sides, should never misguide the people by telling the false statements to the general public. 

Grow Up! Media! 

You are reflecting the general public being a mirror and the mirror should be clean, so better clean yourself first, else you will project that which is not valid.

When you get placed!

Yesterday, HDFC process was held and the results were announced hand to hand and 56 students in total got selected. I saw many of those people criticizing others like hell. This is really bad. If you got a success, you should never ever make a noise, let your success speak itself than your voice.

A good leader is the one who always encourage others, not criticize others for their success. The matter of fact, that now youths are getting on that path only. They criticize each other to such an extent that now-a-days is becoming a habit for them.

Even it was been seen that- those who didn't even applied for that company, the placed people were demoralizing them too, that he/she got selected but they didn't. Worse is the attitude and worse is the philosophies they are following.

They should not do like that. These are few circumstances due to which few even try to commit suicide and take bad steps. Please stop all this and if you see others doing this, please stop.

"What you will believe, you will become" -> Mr. Ravindra Sandeep Beldona

We had an interactive session in our B2B (Business to Business Marketing) class, where the guest of the day was Mr. Ravindra Sandeep Beldona, Corporate Real Estate Advisor- Occupier Strategies and Solutions, who is currently working with JLL India and is the current Director of JLL-Hyderabad too.

He has done his MBA from Vijaynagar Institute of Management studies, Bellary, Karnataka. He himself said that- he is from a college which is not that famous. But, its his beliefs, skills and dedication towards his work which has brought him to this level.

The first salary which he got offered was 8000 bucks in some advertisement firm. But, now he is rejecting one or the other offers on the regular basis. Today the scenario is- He is not seeking the job, but the Real-Estate giants are seeking for him to join their company.

What has created this big difference?

For answering this question- He just described everything in a sentence, which was "What you will believe, you will become". You can also do the same, just a matter of fact that you have put the same amount of efforts which he had in his life, the dedication, the passion, the sacrifices along with the hard work.

Talking about his passion and dedication, he love his job to the most. In his words- "Sales is just not sales, but it is beyond that. It is a science, it is like examining a patient and then prescribing what is required for him/her, not just directly giving the unnecessary advice."

This is his point-of-difference. He has understood sales to the grass-root level and he has put the continuous efforts to groom and grow along with the company, not individually.

Everything is possible, if you are passionate enough to get it. The learning from this session will help us groom in our near future.

The two rivalries Amazon and Flipkart are like- hitting each others strategy, either by duplicating or creating a new one and out of the box thing.

Amazon introduced the Amazon prime, which is basically for the fastest possible delivery for few items prized above 500Rs and the estimated delivery date is within 2-4 days.

So, now Flipkart any how has to do something to attract the users. So, it used the strategy called "ME TOO" strategy and introduced Flipkart assured today which will counter the Amazon in the best possible manner. How Flipkart Assured, it has assured the delivery of few selected items within 2-4 days.

Both are fighting with each other for getting the maximum possible market share as possible, hope to see a new turn soon in the era and wish to see a more customer-centric environment from the sides.
