"What you will believe, you will become" -> Mr. Ravindra Sandeep Beldona

We had an interactive session in our B2B (Business to Business Marketing) class, where the guest of the day was Mr. Ravindra Sandeep Beldona, Corporate Real Estate Advisor- Occupier Strategies and Solutions, who is currently working with JLL India and is the current Director of JLL-Hyderabad too.

He has done his MBA from Vijaynagar Institute of Management studies, Bellary, Karnataka. He himself said that- he is from a college which is not that famous. But, its his beliefs, skills and dedication towards his work which has brought him to this level.

The first salary which he got offered was 8000 bucks in some advertisement firm. But, now he is rejecting one or the other offers on the regular basis. Today the scenario is- He is not seeking the job, but the Real-Estate giants are seeking for him to join their company.

What has created this big difference?

For answering this question- He just described everything in a sentence, which was "What you will believe, you will become". You can also do the same, just a matter of fact that you have put the same amount of efforts which he had in his life, the dedication, the passion, the sacrifices along with the hard work.

Talking about his passion and dedication, he love his job to the most. In his words- "Sales is just not sales, but it is beyond that. It is a science, it is like examining a patient and then prescribing what is required for him/her, not just directly giving the unnecessary advice."

This is his point-of-difference. He has understood sales to the grass-root level and he has put the continuous efforts to groom and grow along with the company, not individually.

Everything is possible, if you are passionate enough to get it. The learning from this session will help us groom in our near future.

At last I will express my deep sense of gratitude to Mr. Ravindra Sandeep Beldona for giving his valuable time to us, Prof. Shailendra Bisht, who organised such an important session for us and Mr. Yousuf Ali (Our Alumni), the pride of IBS-Hyderabad.

"Amazon Prime" OR "Flipkart Assured": Whom will you choose?

The two rivalries Amazon and Flipkart are like- hitting each others strategy, either by duplicating or creating a new one and out of the box thing.

Amazon introduced the Amazon prime, which is basically for the fastest possible delivery for few items prized above 500Rs and the estimated delivery date is within 2-4 days.

So, now Flipkart any how has to do something to attract the users. So, it used the strategy called "ME TOO" strategy and introduced Flipkart assured today which will counter the Amazon in the best possible manner. How Flipkart Assured, it has assured the delivery of few selected items within 2-4 days.

Both are fighting with each other for getting the maximum possible market share as possible, hope to see a new turn soon in the era and wish to see a more customer-centric environment from the sides.

Does Expressions really have a good impression!

There is a club in IBS Hyderabad, named Expressions. The club is very famous for it's Nukkad-Naatak they do, it is all about expressing.

They always present their drama on the social-causes. Today also, there was the same play done by them on one of the point in IBS Hyderabad, named "Maal-Road". The reason why it is called as Maal Road is that- it is in front of the Girls Hostel.

The theme of the play was- "Lat Lag Gai".

They presented about 4-5 types of addictions which we youth are into these days. Few of them were- Smart-phone obsession, Shopping-addiction, Money-addiction and all stuffs like that.

In one of the act, they showed that- a boy has a habit of showing off to his friends, under which he defamed a girl's name and said that- he had spent many nights with her and all stuffs. When the girl got to know about that, she was that sad, went to the boy and asked to clear the stuffs to his friends. But, as the rumor was spread in the whole college and she was badly defamed, also the boy was not listening to her at all, she committed suicide.

My question is that- do the people in that particular club also thinks in the same manner.
It's not about telling big big things via the means of the plays they have is making them a good person.

First they need to be the same, as it is always said- "Be the change, that you want to see".
I am raising this question because I have myself saw that few members of the same club disrespect other students/faculties like anything.
I don't want to show a bad impression of the club, but that's the reality in each and every place.

People want to say and show off in a manner that they are the best of the people but they are themselves not. Try to improve yourself first, then go on others.

"Bura jo dekhan me chala...!" The first line of this relies on the same concern.

What all it takes to be successful!

The single word answer for the question- "What all it takes to be successful!" is just the dedication.

The dedication to do the hard work.

The dedication to never ever quit.

The dedication to perform your  best, no matter what.

The determination which leads you to the path of success.

The step wise sequence of the short term goals which leads to the long-term Goals.

All what is needed is this that- You need to work and work and work.

Small-small steps leads to success.

Just do this and see the lot of opportunities knocking your door.

But, as it is said that you need to have that door first to get knocked.

Start building that door by your hard work and dedication and by your continuous and endless efforts.

"The Deviant AAP(Party) or AAP(Kejriwal)"

AAP's (Aam Aadmi Party) chief and Delhi CM, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal seemed to be a lot more distracted from his path of being a good leader.

Now, even the Delhi people who gave him the clear majority votes to become the CM of Delhi are like- "why we voted for him?"

The reason for all this sudden reactions from the public side is- Kejriwal is not focusing on the major issues, instead of this he is himself putting his legs into troubles and inviting the troubles and controversies to attract him in any possible manner.

The recent controversies are- Firstly saying that-"Goa Govt. has only used Rs. 500 for his 2 days Goa visit". Is it practical? Not at all, even the food has costed them more than this. It has been said that the bouquet which was been offered to him at the time of his visit, itself was of Rs. 500/-, then what about the rest of the expenses.

This was not even over and he stepped into the other controversy by giving a statement on Anandi ben Patel's resignation as the CM of Gujarat. He clearly said that- "Anandi Ben Patel has resigned due to the fear of AAP, as Gujarat is full of corruption". Is it so? If this was the only reason, then why she even stood as the candidate of CM post.

That's why Politics is a Politics, even when one political leader is suffering from bad health due to the age factor, then the other one will say- It is because she/he failed to prove right, so resigned.

So, the question comes that is it the whole AAP Party been deviated from the path or is he the AAP's chief Kejriwal, who is continuously falling into the controversies. Or is the only possible way he is gaining popularity.

A point between Success and Failure!

There is a point between Success and Failure, it is called "Opportunity".

The thing is that you need to realize and redefine your opportunities at the right point of time.

If one does so, they become popular and famous further, if not then they are proven to be the biggest failure in the near future and they later on say that-they regret their decision of not doing so.

But, what one can do with that regret later on, when you didn't identified that opportunity at the right point of time.

The one who identifies them, becomes successful in the near future and contrary while not doing so.

There can be different examples which one can give for this.

But, as I usually deal with the business-related examples. I would like to give two such examples to stress on my point.

One such example is Yahoo, who had an opportunity in 2002 to acquire Google for $5 Billion but Yahoo still regret the decision of not acquiring Google at that time for just the negotiation of $2 Billion to acquire Google, which lasted for about 3 months and last month it got acquired by Verizon in approximately the same price as that of the tiny AOL (tiny compared to Yahoo) and the sim was just $4.8 Billion.

The other example which I would Like to give is of Instagram CEO and co-founder Kevin Systrom, who was been approached by mark Zuckerberg in 2004 to join the newly launced social networking site, Facebook. But, he denied the offer and chose to continue his school at Stanford University. FYI Instagram was acquired by Facebook for just $1 billion in 2012. Kevin still regrets his decision of not identifying the opportunity at the right time.

These two above cases, truly proves that between Success and failure there is a line called Opportunity, which need to be identified at the right point of time. else you need to regret later on, like Yahoo and Kevin are still doing.

The "Digitised" version of Namo!

Namo's android based now has the option to chat with the ministers whenever and wherever he wants to.

Have you ever seen any Prime-Minister of India, ever using technologies to this extent.

In the NaMo-Application for the android phones, there is an option for the cabinet ministers and the MP's of Bhartiya Janta Party to chat directly with the Prime Minister.

Now chat what? It's not for the Hey/Hello, this has been implemented for, but the option of chat is been implemented for making our PM virtually available in many meeting at a time.

Now, what it will do is, will save the the time of travelling for few small discussions and also the ministers can give the ideas to be implemented in their relative fields.

There are basically two chat windows different from each other, first one is for the cabinet ministers and the second one is for the MP's of BJP.

The chat options will only be available on the ministers phones' application.

Mr. Modi is not leaving a single stone unturned to take our country's growth to the peaks.

This is the only reason why he is praised by every other person.

Women Empowerment Globally!

When on one side, we continuously talk about that the women are not treated equally in the country like-India.

On the other hand few women are actually ruling the country or soon going to do so.

Starting with, when David Cameron resigned as the PM of UK, the beauty with brain, Theressa May was appointed as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom or the Great Britain.

Hillary Clinton, who replaced Obama, as the presidential candidate of America from the Democratic-Party has a very high chances of the becoming the President, by defeating Republican's nominee Donald Trump.

When on one side, people say women can't do anything, they are meant to be at home.

On the other hand, such females are actually slapping those idiots who even dare to comment so.

As it is the high time of the elections in America, let's wait and watch who is going to be the next President soon.
