Flipkart's new statements for clarifying itself!!!

The E-commerce giant, Flipkart somehow was trying to recover its share after so many issues which happened in the past few months.

After it increased the commissions for the merchants to 5% -6% and also charging from the customers side for the return items from the customers side(whether the merchant is faulty or not), people were continuously criticizing Flipkart for its new policies and were telling that- it will gradually decrease the shares of Flipkart and so it now came up with the clarification that- our number of merchants has increased in June by 3000 with the new policies which also includes that there will be the 50% discount on the commission if the vendors use it's warehouse for the shipments.

Presently it stated that the number of merchants in May'16 were 90,000 and now it is 93,000. They also stated that- will be focusing on regaining the trust of the merchants again by sorting out the problems at the ground level. Amazon and Snapdeal stated that they have about 1 lac vendors listed and that of PayTm claimed having 1.2 lac merchants on its website.

Flipkart currently works on 80 categories. It can be truly seen that- this sudden statements on the increased number of merchants in the last month is a technique used by Flipkart to regain the trust of its lost vendors and also to gain more trust of the existing vendors.

All about Project LIAM of Apple

Apple when targeting the development countries like- India and China, tries to tap into the market with the strategy of refurbished phones. Where in China it already exists, but in India that was been opposed by the Government.

Talking about the Apple's main strategy to the budget-constraint phones market like India, it tries to first get into the market in volume by providing the low-cost phones and then keep on upgrading the models of its i-phone. Like- i-phone 5-S is soon going to deteriorate from the Indian market. Yes! you heard it right.

Having been opposed by the Indian Government for it's refurbished phones strategy in India, it was getting difficult for the Apple to sustain in the highly competitive Indian phone Market. The introduction of the project LIAM, which is Apple's in-house robot that works on the technological advancements and takes apart different parts of the used and old i-phone, taking it positively, Apple says that- it is Apple's larger green initiative and which is only helping Apple to use it's Refurbished phones strategy in many other markets.

Not getting the permission to do so in India, it has to provide the i-phones on the discounted price of about 40-45% to sustain in the Indian-market.

Namo opposing his own MP for the nation!

The so called "Publicity stunt" by Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy on the exit of RBI governor Raghuram Rajan and questioning on his patriotism was just useless. Opposing this, PM Narendra Modi clearly said him that these publicity stunts won't benefit the nation instead will ruin it.
Most of the critics are like- Modi is doing so to gain the popularity. But, it is just useless to say so. The reason been, he is not required to do any publicity stunts, he is already a popular figure not only in India but globally. Namo clearly specified that whether the person is from my party or not, I will not be tolerating such inappropriate steps by any of the political leader which will ruin the nation's unity.

UK: "I love You EU or I hate you EU"

Brexit: Britain exit from the EU(European Union). It is originated from what has earlier happened i.e; Grexit(Greek's exit from the EU).

Now the question arises that why United Kingdom aka... The Great Britain wants to exit from one of the strongest union of the world i.e; the European Union. It is because in the annual budget Britain was giving in bunch but it was getting in the pinch amount. All it's fund was given to the other weaker countries. As UK is one of the strongest country in the EU(Comprising of 28 countries). If we talk about the FY-2k15, UK contributed 12.57% i.e; 8.5bn Euro in 2015, which was the third largest followed by Germany(21.36%) and France(15.72%).

So, for the above concern the referendum was held dated 23rd June'16 on the demand of the general public that UK should remain in the EU or should leave?

The results were out and it showed that- 52% people want UK to leave EU and only 48% want to remain. The bond which created about 43 years ago (in 1973) was now truly been opposed by the general public. David Cameron, PM of UK, though want UK to be the part of the EU, is now tensed for so many issues regarding the trading and for the people living in the other parts of the EU. So, he is taking time to sign the agreement which will then be converted into the 2 years negotiation period to leave/ remain in the EU.

On the other hand few people who wants UK to still be the part of EU, are asking for the re-election by saying that the turnout was only 71.8% (though it was the highest turnout in UK since 1992 general elections).

Now the next step is dependent on David Cameron and other successors that what they mutually decide for this issue and together take the decision of whether to stay or leave one of the greatest union; European-Union.

The confused Flipkart!!!

Flipkart on one hand was already losing its share, as its biggest competitor Amazon is doing so well in the market by following its customer centric approach. So, it was already getting so hard to sustain in the market for Flipkart.

So, to sustain in the merchants priority, on one hand it introduced a policy for the merchants, where they can only weigh and measure the dimensions of their products and can directly ship to the customer delivery address. This was because of the recent issue when 32 gm shirt was entered in the entry as 32kg and for that the charge of 20,000/- was entered in the charge sheet for the merchant, as the baggage and shipment charge. So, to overcome this situation and to make the point-of-parity in terms of merchants convenience, Flipkart did that.

On the other hand, the very next day, it gave certain policies which itself will force the merchants to not to use Flipkart any more. As the policies includes that- there will be the increase in the commission from the merchants side, also there will be a charge for the return from the customer side, whether the merchant is faulty or not.

So, on day giving the candy to the merchants and the very next day, snatching the other candies which the merchant already had, is not proving to be the good move for Flipkart. While the Giant Amazon will take the advantage of this, as it's already coming up with $3 Billion in India for the further investment,
It can be clearly said that-Flipkart is itself confused that-whether it wants to remain in the market or want to get knocked out soon.

Game of thrones in an E-commerce prospective.

While Game of Throne's season-6 is trending now-a-days. The other Game of "Throne" in capturing the E-Commerce market of India is at the boom too.

Where we can see that Flipkart is still struggling to get it's place back in the market and on the other hand, rumors that-Amazon is going to acquire some of the stacks of Snapdeal.  While on the other hand, the shadow of E-commerce didn't even left the Microsoft behind and today it acquired Linked-In, so called the business-oriented company for $26.2 billion dollar. Which clearly shows that- the bright future is just in the online market and nowhere else.

Though at the time of Flipkart's devaluation, people were criticizing it the most of all and experts were even doubting it's further presence in the Indian Market. It has crossed all the barriers and it is still standing and facing the situation but with the poor services, as Amazon is using the highly customer-centric approach in the Indian market and so it can be seen clearly that in just a matter of 3 years it has now became the market-leader of the online retailing in India.

So, it can truly be said that- it is all the "Game of Thrones", where each and every online retail company is fighting with each other to sustain in the world's largest democracy. Hope to have a good future ahead. People have great hopes with Binny Bansal; Co-Founder and the current CEO of Flipkart that he will come up with some strategies to tap the market in a better manner again.

Whom to compare "Namo" with?

After his speech at US Parliament, I guess most of the Indian Congress leaders must also be appreciating him for at least representing India in all over the world. Why they were comparing him with Hitler; because he does the work all alone. Doesn't actually seek anybody's help, nor he need any. He is the best in his abilities. Why don't they compare him with Mother Teressa, she also has a policy of working alone and bringing the change in the society or what about Mr. Rabindra Nath Tagore, who also worked alone and his composition "Ekla Chalo Re" inspires many others too.
The question arises that why wee need to compare him when he is the one who is an inspiration to billions all over the world. If he has n number of haters, then he has infinite x n number of lovers too, who admire him the most of all, to whom he is an idol.
If been an Indian, when he entered into the US assembly and the whole crowd gave him the standing ovation, you didn't got the goose bums then you need to think twice on your nationality and patriotism. He is a leader and leaders are appreciated everywhere for their good work and taking the team together and here the team is we Indians. If we will not coordinate with our leader Mr. Modi, the whole country has to suffer.
If you can't respect him, at least don't say bad words about him, when every other country people are appreciating him that much, why can't we. Getting these many standing ovations along with the 50 round of applause in the US parliament, not been a member of it, is not everyone's cup of tea. I am a proud Indian, are you?
